We look at it this way: If you buy a gallon of headlight cleaner from someone and your employee happens to knock it over with his knee, or your dog hits your can & spills it, you've lost your $100.00 investment all over the ground! On the other hand, if you're using our bottles for commercial use and you spill one, you have plenty more to fall back on! No great loss! Thanks for dropping by - OH-- no samples outside the U.S. Just U.S. only Sorry guys! The shipping is unviable to the retailer on the other end. Although we retail many bottles all over the world retail, the shipping just gets too out of control on cases shipped outside the U.S. and companies would have to jack up theiir prices to offset the cost & that's not what Uncle Pooters is about.  We try & be straightforwarrd & honest, but last month, we had an unsubscriber.  He wrote with so much ire, so much rage, that it was hard to fathom where he was coming from!  It must've taken 10 minutes to write his letter, and we were puzzled as to the timing of it.  He ordered back in MARCH and was just now writing to take him off the mailing list.  All he had to do was hit reply & say "Unsubscribe me"

(Takes 10 seconds; must've been having a bad day.)

 

Uncle Pooter's gets a lot of junk email, and we put it in our spam folder.  Later, if we want to look at it, we can go in there & see what we want to see.  It's a couple clicks of a mouse.  We order online too!  As a result, we get follow-up emails and sometimes, they come 3 or 4 times a week!  It's CRAZY!  That's why we send out our emails just one a month because we are on the other side of the coin too.

For those of you who may not be aware, this is our monthly newsletter sent out once a month.

 

We don't SPAM 3 to 4 times a week like other places do because we don't like junk either!  We just keep folks abreast of what's new, and just to say "Howdy!"

We hope you all had a great Summer! We here at Uncle Pooter's Headlight Sauce sure did & it's all thanks to you!  Our Summer Special went over pretty well and folks are now toodling about showing their Pooter Pride with their Pooter Bumper Stickers! 

 

 

We're now wholesaling cases to consumers for their car washes, detailing shops and what-not and this is growing.  We're offering our case of (24) 4-oz blue bottles of headlight cleaner at $99.95 and a case of (30) of our Small "Li'l Red" bottles at $90.00.  These include shipping!

 

 

Speaking of our blue 4-oz bottles, we're slightly changing the look for a more ergonomic one.  Still 4 oz, still big blue, just with a black dispenser cap. Stay tuned for the rollout of that one!  

We are also working on a Christmas Stocking Stuffer Special, and lo & behold, it will be just as wacky & cheesy as the rest of our ads when it's out.  These Christmas bottles will feature Uncle Pooter on the front of the instruction tag saying "Merry Christmas, y'all!" and will be available in either a red tag or a green tag.  Our Li'l Red is perfect for the car lover in your family and it fits quite nicely in a stockin' too!  Tell a friend & save us in your favorites for when you start to do your Christmas Gift Shopping!

We'd like to touch on customer service a bit since we're here.  All too often nowadays, companies seem to forget who made them who they are.  We know that it's YOU the consumer who makes or breaks us.  That's why when we stay consistent and strive for quality on each bottle we send out.  We place a business card in each box; we make sure each tag is the color that was ordered, and yes, there's even a reason we try & tie on our gift tags just a bit off center to the right.  We also place the bottle or jug with the tag on top, so that when you open your box, the tag and label are clearly exposed, you can immediately see that you received your order correctly.  in addition, we mark each box to ensure there are no mix-ups with your order, and THAT ensures expediency.

These aren't major things, these are little things.  But it's the little things in life that matter many times, and when combined with consistency, we thing that this makes a great long-term business model & hope that you'll return.  We also know that there's no certain criteria for an Uncle Pooter's Customer.  It could be someone buying their very first item online, someone with hardly any money, a multimillionaire, a skeptic or maybe an owner of a business checking out the competition!  Therefore, we stay consistent and want everyone to have the same great experience when they purchase our product, whether it be Li'l Red, Big Blue or our collectible jug.
